Pengasuh Pondok dan para asatid merupakan tauladan yang senantiasa membimbing dan mengawasi perilaku mulia para santri yang harus diteladani dan diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di lingkungan pesantern Al Jauhariyah.

Untuk mendukung sistem pendidikan berbasis modern, selain masjid sebagai soko guru pondok pesantren, Yayasan juga melengkapi fasilitas belajar santri/siswa meliputi peningkatan gedung (ruang kelas), perpustakaan, laboratorium komputer, asrama, hingga fasilitas olahraga yang memadai.
Sejalan perjalanan waktu, pondok pesantren Aljauhariyah mengikuti perkembangan dunia pendidikan sehingga Yayasan Aljauhariyah menerapkan konsep pesantren modern yaitu menggabungkan pendidikan klasik (lebih menekankan pada pendidikan berbasis kitab kuning dan metode tradisional) dengan ilmu pengetahuan umum (modern).
